At Serlevity, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept eligible return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

The product should be in its original packaging, where applicable.

You must provide your order number.

Photos or videos may be required to verify the issue.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please send your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong product.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be initiated to your original payment method, wherever possible.

After your refund has been approved and processed by Serlevity, the amount will generally be credited within 5–7 business days.

The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to collect the necessary bank details for processing an approved refund.

Return Shipping

If the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by us, Serlevity will provide an appropriate resolution.

For any other return that we agree to accept, the customer may be responsible for the applicable return shipping charges.
